04.09.03 Distributive Justice, simulating an ideal world (for oneself).
.'Distributive justice' is a philosophic and moral theory which, in a nutshell, realizes the old marxist axiom "from each according to his/her ability, to each according to his/her need", advocating a radical distribution of the resources. Distributive Justice, by the croatian Andreja Kuluncic, is a targetted diffusion of this theory, through a set of informative resources and, more importantly, some interactive games which make give the possibility to choose, by answering a string of questions, one's own ideal society. In our historical moment, where many have a feeling of social injustice, these practices make possible to simulate one's own imagination on alternative models of organization according to one's own tendencies and past experiences. It's been translated in several languages (croatian, german, english and italian) and, during these days, it's on display at the exhibition 'The American Effect', held at the Whitney Museum of American Art, where the statistical results derivated from the users' activities, as well as the most relevant studies, are 'physically' presented.
